A.1. Bản chất Dịch vụ. Homecare Trade Bot là công cụ phần mềm hỗ trợ phân tích và tự động hoá giao dịch tài sản số. Chúng tôi không phải sàn giao dịch, quỹ đầu tư hay đơn vị nhận uỷ thác; không giữ tài sản của Người dùng; không có quyền rút tiền; và không đưa ra lời khuyên đầu tư.A.1. Nature of the Service. Homecare Trade Bot is a software tool that supports analysis and automation of digital-asset trading. We are not an exchange, investment fund or fiduciary; we do not hold Users' assets; we have no withdrawal rights; and we do not provide investment advice.

A.2. Điều kiện sử dụng. Người dùng phải đủ 18 tuổi, có năng lực hành vi dân sự đầy đủ và tự chịu trách nhiệm tuân thủ pháp luật nơi cư trú.A.2. Eligibility. Users must be at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity, and are responsible for complying with the laws of their place of residence.

A.3. Tài khoản & API key. Người dùng chịu trách nhiệm bảo mật API key; chỉ cấp quyền Giao dịch/Futures, tuyệt đối không cấp quyền rút tiền. Việc để lộ API key do lỗi của Người dùng nằm ngoài trách nhiệm của chúng tôi.A.3. Account & API key. Users are responsible for keeping their API keys secure; grant Trade/Futures permission only, never withdrawal permission. API key exposure caused by the User is outside our responsibility.

A.4. Chiến lược do Người dùng tạo. Người dùng tự thiết kế bộ lọc, chiến lược và mức rủi ro. Hệ thống chỉ thực thi theo cấu hình của Người dùng.A.4. User-created strategies. Users design their own filters, strategies and risk levels. The system executes solely according to the User's configuration.

A.5. Phí & thanh toán. Dịch vụ theo mô hình thuê bao; phí và phương thức thanh toán theo bảng giá công bố. Không hoàn phí cho thua lỗ giao dịch.A.5. Fees & payment. The Service follows a subscription model; fees and payment methods follow the published price list. Fees are not refunded for trading losses.

A.6. Hành vi bị cấm. Không sử dụng Dịch vụ cho mục đích phi pháp, rửa tiền, tấn công/khai thác hệ thống hoặc gây hại cho người dùng khác.A.6. Prohibited conduct. Do not use the Service for illegal purposes, money laundering, attacking/exploiting the system, or harming other users.

A.7. Sở hữu trí tuệ. Phần mềm, thương hiệu, logo và tài liệu thuộc sở hữu của chúng tôi; Người dùng được cấp quyền sử dụng có giới hạn.A.7. Intellectual property. The software, brand, logo and materials are owned by us; Users are granted a limited license to use them.

A.8. Giới hạn trách nhiệm. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, tổng trách nhiệm của chúng tôi được giới hạn tối đa bằng 100% phí Người dùng đã thực trả trong kỳ thanh toán gần nhất. Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm với tổn thất từ: lỗi/chính sách sàn, lỗi API, lỗi máy chủ/mạng/mất điện, biến động thị trường (flash crash, thanh lý, trượt giá, phí funding), lộ API do Người dùng, và sự kiện bất khả kháng.A.8. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at 100% of the fees the User actually paid in the most recent billing cycle. We are not liable for losses arising from: exchange errors/policies, API errors, server/network/power failures, market volatility (flash crashes, liquidation, slippage, funding fees), API exposure caused by the User, and force majeure.

A.9. Chấm dứt & thay đổi. Chúng tôi có quyền tạm ngừng/chấm dứt tài khoản vi phạm và cập nhật điều khoản; bản mới hiệu lực khi công bố.A.9. Termination & changes. We may suspend or terminate violating accounts and update these terms; the new version takes effect upon publication.

A.10. Luật áp dụng. Điều khoản này chịu sự điều chỉnh của pháp luật Việt Nam. Tranh chấp ưu tiên thương lượng.A.10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall be resolved by negotiation first.

Chúng tôi thu thập tối thiểu: định danh Telegram (chat_id, username, ngôn ngữ), cấu hình bot/bộ lọc, API key (đã mã hoá), thống kê giao dịch, thời hạn gói, và thông tin thanh toán. Dữ liệu dùng để vận hành Dịch vụ, quản lý thuê bao, hỗ trợ và bảo mật. Chúng tôi không bán, không chia sẻ dữ liệu cho bên thứ ba vì mục đích tiếp thị; chỉ gửi tới API của sàn bạn chọn (bắt buộc để đặt lệnh). Bạn có quyền truy cập, chỉnh sửa và yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu/API key của mình.We collect the minimum necessary: Telegram identity (chat_id, username, language), bot/filter configuration, encrypted API keys, trading statistics, plan duration, and payment information. Data is used to operate the Service, manage subscriptions, and provide support and security. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing; we only transmit it to the API of the exchange you choose (required to place orders). You have the right to access, edit and request deletion of your data/API keys.

API key được mã hoá AES‑256‑GCM, lưu riêng theo từng người dùng, khoá tách khỏi mã nguồn và chỉ giải mã tạm trong bộ nhớ khi đặt lệnh. Chúng tôi khuyến nghị bạn chỉ cấp quyền giao dịch (không rút tiền) và bật giới hạn IP nếu có.API keys are encrypted with AES‑256‑GCM, stored per user, with the key separated from the source code and decrypted only temporarily in memory when placing orders. We recommend granting trade-only permission (no withdrawal) and enabling IP restrictions where available.

Giao dịch tài sản số, đặc biệt là hợp đồng tương lai có đòn bẩy, tiềm ẩn rủi ro rất cao và có thể dẫn đến mất toàn bộ vốn. Kết quả trong quá khứ không đảm bảo kết quả tương lai. Chỉ sử dụng nguồn vốn bạn có thể chấp nhận mất.Trading digital assets, especially leveraged futures, carries very high risk and may result in the loss of all your capital. Past results do not guarantee future results. Only use funds you can afford to lose.

Homecare Trade Bot chỉ cung cấp công cụ phần mềm, không phải lời khuyên đầu tư, tài chính, pháp lý hay thuế; không cam kết lợi nhuận; không giữ tài sản và không có quyền rút tiền. Phần "AI" (TP‑SL.ai) là thuật toán tính toán, không phải công cụ dự đoán giá. Dịch vụ cung cấp "nguyên trạng" (as‑is).Homecare Trade Bot provides only a software tool, not investment, financial, legal or tax advice; it does not promise profits; it does not hold assets and has no withdrawal rights. The "AI" component (TP‑SL.ai) is a calculation algorithm, not a price-prediction tool. The Service is provided "as-is".

Sau khi gói dịch vụ đã được kích hoạt, phí không được hoàn lại (dịch vụ phần mềm). Thay vào đó, chúng tôi cung cấp dùng thử miễn phí để bạn đánh giá trước khi trả phí. Không hoàn tiền cho thua lỗ giao dịch. Trường hợp lỗi kỹ thuật thuộc về chúng tôi khiến Dịch vụ không thể sử dụng trong phần lớn kỳ, chúng tôi có thể xem xét gia hạn bù/hoàn một phần theo Giới hạn trách nhiệm.Once a plan has been activated, fees are non-refundable (software service). Instead, we offer a free trial so you can evaluate before paying. No refunds for trading losses. If a technical fault on our side makes the Service unusable for most of a cycle, we may consider a compensating extension or partial refund subject to the Limitation of Liability.
